REFUND AND Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts, 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.  In addition, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be advised that we will only offer credit or a refund for item(s) that are returned to WhatWouldUPay on a timely basis and the item(s) are in the same condition in which they were sent. If your item(s) do not meet these requirements, your returned item(s) will be forfeited.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, upon request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items cannot be refunded.

You may purchase merchandise by using any one of the payment options listed at the bottom of this website. WHATWOULDUPAY reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, mail your product to:  WhatWouldUPay, 24325 Crenshaw Blvd, Suite 170, Torrance, CA  90505.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Depending on where you live, the time that it may take for the item you are returning to reach us may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
